Payment must be made in full and have cleared before your order is shipped.

Rugs and ready made items ship out between 1-3 business days after your payment has been processed.  

Lead time for custom or wholesale orders can take 1 - 4 weeks.

ALL ORDERS SHIPPING: VIA Fed - Ex or USPS within 72 hours. Please note lead time reflects business days only and does not include holidays. All shipping timelines are a general estimate of time your package could take longer to arrive. Your tracking number will be uploaded to your order once its scanned at your selected shipper or best available method. 

Although each shipping option will provide a tracking number. Please understand the price listed upon order may not include insurance. Please contact us prior to purchase if you'd like to purchase insurance for an additional fee.

USPS/ Fedex failures are not Blue Salvage fault or a reflection on the level of dedication to our customers service. If your shipment is sent without insurance / signature:

1. Blue Salvage is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.

Be sure to verify your correct shipping address:

1. We will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes addresses provided by your Paypal account.

2. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

Exchange Policy

All merchandise purchased has a no refund, no return policy. This policy is NON NEGOTIABLE.

We don't accept returns at this time due to the one of a kind nature of our handmade items & vintage textiles. Keep in mind your buying vintage or handmade goods…

There may be spots, marks, color variations, smudges, loose strings and/or patches. While they add to the authentic nature of the textile, please review all photographs closely before placing your order and feel free to contact us with any questions!  We are happy to help you make the best selections to fit your design needs.

All images are taken in natural lighting and may show some color variations if enclosed in a darker space. We work hard to provide the most accurate representation of our items, but have no control over viewing such as devices tablets, phones, or other visual tools.

Exchanges will be honored on a case by case basis.

Caring for your vintage textiles and rugs: We recommend professional cleaning of rugs, Dry cleaning or spot clean with mild detergent of other textiles. Read item description for any additional care or usage instructions. Some items are delicate due to their age or construction and should be used for decorative purposes only. Please refer to the item description for additional information. If you choose to clean textiles with any water or solvents it could make natural dyes bleed or discolor. Please work with pro cleaning services for all your needs to insure the longevity of your item.
