We accepted payments via PayPal and credit card payment.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Please contact us for layaway or other payment arrangements
Rugs and already made items ship out between 1-3 business days after your payment is processed.
Lead time for custom or wholesale orders can take 1 - 4 weeks.
ALL ORDERS SHIPPING: VIA Fed - Ex or USPS with in 72 hours. Please note 3 - % business days is an approximate amount of time your package could takes to arrive after your tracking number has been uploaded to your order.
All shipping options will provide a tracking number. Please contact us prior to purchase if you'd like to purchase insurance for an additional fee.
USPS failures are not Blue Salvage fault or a reflection on the level of dedication to our customers. If your shipment is sent without insurance:
1. Blue Salvage is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance.
SHIPMENT AND ADDRESS CHANGES:
Be sure to verify your address because:
1. We will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses.
2. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.
SAME POLICIES APPLY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. PLEASE SEE ABOVE. Blue Salvage is not responsible for an customs/international fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We don't accept returns only exchanges on a case by case basis.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order within 24 hours.
Due to the one of a kind nature of vintage textiles, returns are not possible. There may be spots, marks, color variations, smudges, lose strings and/or patches. While they add to the authentic nature of the textile, please review all photographs before purchase and contact me with any questions! All image are taken in natural lighting and may show some variations if inclosed in a darker space. We work hard to provide the most accurate respesentaiton of our items, but have no control over ipads, phones, or other viewing devices.
Keep in mind happiness is our top priority, so please feel free to contact us at any time!! We will do our best to help you within the guidleines of our polices.
